The Muthodi Forest Reserve is one of the four main parts of the Bhadra Wild life Sanctuary, the other three being Tanikecoil, Lakkavalli and Hebbe.

Accommodation

Various kinds of dormitory and suite accommodation available at different locations within the Sanctuary, all owned by the Forest Department.

  • Sukalahatti - 1 suite
  • BRP - 2 suites
  • Kesave - 1 suite
  • Shigekhan - 3 suites

There's no private accommodation in Bhadra. The tariff is typically Rs 100 per person per night. The dorms are Rs 75.

MUTTODI NATURE CAMP (Forest Rest House)

Accommodation 2 cottages, 2 dormitories (10 persons per dormitory) Tariff Rs. 450 per cottage (for Indians; rate is higher for foreigners); Rs. 40 per person in dormitory, Rs. 400 per dormitory
